Privacy & data-sharing policy
More Seats at the TableAI · Updated October 27, 2026
Scope and information collected
This policy covers the public launch interest page. The form collects your name, email, seat-interest choices and agreement to be contacted. It also stores a submission identifier, submission time and internal review status. “I’ll invest in seats” means interest in helping fund seats for women. Earlier versions also allowed optional LinkedIn, organization, career interests and next-move details. Please do not submit sensitive personal information.
How it is stored and used
Submissions are stored in the site’s Lovable Cloud database. Authorized administrators can review them and record follow-up status. The team uses the information to understand your interests and contact you about your request, launch participation or seat sponsorship. Submitting does not create a membership, reserve a founding chair or process a payment.
Who can access it
Visitors, members and sponsors cannot browse the interest list. Access is restricted to authorized administrators, with hosting and database providers processing data to operate the site. Interest submissions are not displayed on the public boards or sent to the AI Strategist by this form.
Email and security
The current form saves your submission without sending an automatic email. If owner notifications are enabled, the submission details will also be sent to the owner’s designated inbox. Input validation and database access rules help protect submissions, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Retention and your choices
No automatic deletion schedule is configured for the launch interest list. You may ask the team to correct or delete your submission, or stop follow-up contact, by replying to any follow-up you receive. A dedicated privacy-contact address and retention period have not yet been published; this notice will be updated when those are confirmed.
Privacy rights and international processing
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct or delete your information, withdraw consent, restrict or object to processing, request a portable copy, or complain to a privacy regulator. Identity verification may be needed before handling a request. Withdrawal does not change processing that already occurred. Hosting and service providers may process information outside your country; specific hosting regions, transfer arrangements and applicable legal requirements still need confirmation before the full service launches.
Adults only and future changes
The form is for people aged 18 or older. This notice covers the launch interest form, not the future full membership service. Additional policies and legal review may be required before that service opens.
